Explore Allegheny County’s Beautiful Spaces with our 50+ Walking Series!

AARP Pennsylvania is teaming up with the Allegheny Land Trust again this Fall to offer a 50+ walking series to explore beautiful outdoor spaces throughout Allegheny County!

Geared for those ages 50 and up, an Allegheny Land Trust educator will lead participants in hiking ALT’s properties over moderate terrain and distances, taking plenty of breaks to stop and learn about local flora and fauna. Experience the beauty of these local spaces and learn how they contribute towards building a more livable community for people of all ages! These events will run rain or shine and there is no cost to participate. Space is limited.

You can sign up for as many or as few of the hikes as you like – please register in advance! The hikes will take place on the following dates:
