Join us and Soul Steppers for an hour of exercise from the comfort of your own home by joining the Soul Steppers! Coach Erich Nall will guide you through stretching and stepping techniques.  Soul Steppers meet every second and fourth Tuesday of the month at 6 a.m. Register HERE.
