Enjoy Virtual Art Classes Through Anchorage Museum

Posted on 04/30/21 by The AARP Bulletin

The Anchorage Museum and AARP Alaska are offering a way to engage in cultural enrichment while staying safe during the pandemic.

In a series of online classes, participants can examine artworks and objects in the museum, discuss them and find creative inspiration to make simple projects with materials they have at home.

Upcoming class themes are landscape focused: water on Tuesday, May 25, and life on Tuesday, June 29. Each hourlong session begins at 10:15 a.m. Participants should have paper and writing instruments at hand.
