Embrace your creative side - Try a painting class

You are invited to a new venture AARP ND is doing with The Capital Gallery in downtown Bismarck. We're offering three class options on Oct. 12 and 13 to take part in Wellness Through Creativity: Painting Classes with Sally.

In this guided art class, artist Sally Chernenko will help participants identify the creativity that resides in them as a path to peace, personal empowerment, and inspired living. You'll create your own piece of art to take home, and enjoy the increased confidence and enhanced sense of wellbeing that art can add to your life.

Classes will take place at the Capital Gallery in downtown Bismarck. The classes are free of charge. Painting supplies (and refreshments!) are provided at no cost. Three classes are available. Class size is limited. Register today!
