Disrupting Racial and Ethnic Disparities

Posted on 01/04/18 by Stacey Kratz, AARP New York

Please join AARP New York, the Asian American Federation, the Hispanic Federation, the NAACP and the Urban League in an important forum about the significant racial and ethnic disparities that currently, exist among New York’s 50+ multicultural communities. This timely discussion will convene thought leaders, elected officials and community leaders from across the State of New York to address the serious gaps that exist among older adults in the areas of health, financial security, and livable communities. An action plan will highlight critical findings from a set of issue papers that were commissioned to assess gaps and outline potential policy recommendations.

Now is the time to address these disparities.
