1. IndoRican Fitness - All events are at 1:00pm EDT:

IndoRican Fitness will provide fitness classes meant to promote health and well-being - at all levels. Join us as we connect with other AARP members and the instructor for a 1-hour Zoom session that includes exercises around Stretch & Alignment, Cardio Fitness and Balance Bootcamp!

Balance Bootcamp - A fun class in which patrons work individually and in teams to improve body balance, stability and agility. Exercises are utilized to strengthen and tone muscles, while improving stability and coordination. Accompanying the Balance Bootcamp experience will be indigenous rhythms and movements, as well as popular Spanish songs and well-known classics.

Stretch and Alignment - This class is specifically designed to realign the skeletal system, while gently toning and elongating muscles. This class is complete with contemporary and Latin infused movements and music

Cardio Fit - This class combines stretching, weight work, cardio and mat work at a higher functioning pace. No rhythm? No problem! Become confident as you move to the beat of your own drummer with our variety of Latin music and instructional steps.

2. BombaYo Class - All events are at 1:00pm EDT. (REGISTRATION FOR THESE CLASSES ARE CLOSED)

BombaYo Dance

Bomba is a music and dance tradition from Puerto Rico. Each class is a 1-hour Zoom session to include a historical overview, background information, and fundamental elements around bomba’s origins. Participants will also learn the basic movements and how to introduce the improvisational steps!

We hope to connect with you virtually at one or all of these workshops!
