Today is the last day of Hispanic Heritage Month (HHM). Here in Houston, Hispanic culture is present year-round just ask Macario Ramirez. The artistic individual is the owner of Casa Ramirez, a folk art and craft shop.

Ramirez’ shop offers a variety of hand-made jewelry, imported folk art and masks and so much more. His shop is popular, but so are his teachings on the Mexican culture and traditions.
