Join us for Coffee Talk on Nov. 10 at 9 AM to hear a presentation from a great local organization working to make life better for older residents. HANDS is a nonprofit dedicated to getting healthy food to adults, 50 years or older, who are low-income. Their programs include “HANDS in the Dirt”, “HANDS in the Kitchen”, and we created “Support Buddies” at the beginning of the pandemic. They are now planning the 18th Annual Holiday Dinner, a 1,000 meal and giftbag delivery for seniors and their families all over the county on Christmas Day.
