Caregiving can be challenging on the best of days. Add in the stress of COVID, work, other relationships, the holidays, or any number of issues and it’s easy to get burned out. Finding the right balance is important.

Join AARP NH and The Granite VNA on December 6 at 10 am for a FREE, online Coffee & Conversation. During this event, Jennifer Brechtel will share important tips and Granite State resources to help you navigate caregiving and make sure you get the support you need.

The Granite VNA offers four different caregiving support groups and resources guides for selfcare: https://www.granitevna.org/caregiverresources. Jennifer will also walk you through how ServiceLink can help.

Come with your coffee and your questions.
