The leaves on the trees are falling across the Granite State and the promise of impending winter hangs in the crisp morning air. Cold, wet weather oftentimes means challenging driving conditions in the northeast and we’re here to help you get ready – the time for winter preparedness action is now!

Staying safe while driving on wet, icy or snowy roads can be trying for even the most experienced drivers and requires preparation and concentration.  Join us online for a 30-minute conversation on November 10, 10-10:30 am with AARP Driver Safety Instructor, Lee Debell, who will provide some basics tips to keep you safe when the roads in our communities are dicey.

Data shows that older Americans are driving less now than before the pandemic started*.  About 1 in 5 boomers (22.4 percent) used their cars on a daily basis in August, down from 41.5 percent in January. With people driving regularly less and less as we head into winter, it’s more important than ever to stay sharp and stay safe.

How can you ensure you’re as prepared as possible to head out on the roads this winter? Tune in to this important conversation and find out!
