New Hampshire is home to 168,000 family caregivers who provide more than 157 million care hours per year, valued at $2.8 billion in unpaid labor. That is a lot! Are you one of these caregivers?

Join us for a FREE, two-hour Coffee and Conversation drop in event at The Windmill Café (172 Louden Road) in Concord on April 9 from 8-10 am to learn more about AARP caregiving resources and how you can get support.

Dedicated family caregivers manage medications, prepare meals, help with bathing, feeding & dressing, provide transportation to medical appointments, and handle financial & legal matters. And most of the people doing all that unpaid work are also trying to juggle paying jobs too. Many are forced to reduce their hours or quit entirely. The physical, emotional & financial toll of family caregiving is enormous. AARP can help.

Did we mention . . . coffee and pastries are on us!

Come with your questions and grab some caregiving resources.
