Celebrating Generations of Pride at the Pittsburgh Pride Festival

For LGBTQ+ Americans and allies, Pride Month serves as an opportunity to celebrate the uniqueness of identity, to find community and to showcase resilience.

AARP Pennsylvania was proud to join hundreds of other local organizations at the Pittsburgh Pride Festival. AARP led an activation at the Festival on Sunday June 1st, to share caregiving resources and attendees in opportunities to receive fun giveaways and celebrate the generations of pride! The event drew thousands of LGBTQ+ community members and allies of all ages from across the Western Pennsylvania region.
