1. To Enter: Visit the AARP Kentucky website or tabling booth at the 2024 Bowling Green International Festival in Bowling Green, KY on Saturday, September 28, 2024 regarding the 2024 AARP Prize Sweepstakes for the Bowling Green International Festival. Sweepstakes takes place between 12:01 AM CST on Tuesday, September 24, 2024 – 6:00 PM CST on Saturday, September 28, 2024. Follow link https://forms.office.com/r/iQiATzQdrZ for entry. You do not have to attend the Festival to participate. Entries must be received during this time and the first and second person drawn randomly at the time of drawing will be the prize winner(s). One entry per person. AARP is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, illegible, incomplete, or incorrect entries. Entries are property of AARP, will not be returned; governed AARP privacy policy.
2. Eligibility: Sweepstakes open to individuals 18+ years of age or older, who are legal U.S. residents. Employees of AARP and their respective parent and affiliated companies, advertising and promotions agencies and the immediate family members and members of the same household of those employees and directors are not eligible. One prize per person.
3. Prizes:
1) One Grand Prize:
YETI Hopper M12 Backpack Soft Cooler (Navy).
Valued at approximately US $275.00 each.
2) One 2nd Prize:
YETI Tumbler 30oz Travel Mug with Stronghold Lid (Navy).
Valued at approximately US $42.00 each.
4. Drawing and Awarding of Prizes:The winner will be drawn randomly on or about 2:00 PM CST on Thursday, October 3, 2024 from all eligible entries. Drawing and awarding of prizes will be conducted by AARP whose decision on all matters relating to this sweepstakes is final. Potential winners do not have to be present to win. By participating and accepting a prize, each winner agrees to indemnify and hold harmless AARP, participating wholesalers, retailers and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates and agencies for any injuries, damages or losses which may be sustained in connection with participation in this sweepstakes and ownership, use or misuse of the prize. If a prize is returned as undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited. All expenses related to acceptance and use of prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
5. Odds: The actual odds of winning depends on the number of qualified entries.
