As you read a book on the beach or write a poem, text, or email: think about what a gift that is. Give someone the gift of literacy this school year.

70% of students in many of our communities are not reading at grade level. We're here to change that. Learn how you can become a volunteer literacy coach with Literations, a proud program partner of AARP Foundation Experience Corps.

Literations, a proud program partner of AARP Foundation Experience Corps, is hosting several information sessions where you can learn how you can become a volunteer literacy coach and ow you can provide vital support in Boston, Chelsea and Framingham schools and after-school programs for young readers.

We have a number of information sessions this year. Click on a link, and sign up for a virtual session where you'll learn how you can help.

The children of the Bay State will thank you for the time and the lifelong skill.
