Are you familiar with the Safety Net program offered by APS?

The program offers: Peace of mind for you and loved ones

Whether you’re out of town, or just busy, it’s easy to forget things sometimes. If you’re an APS customer, or know someone who is, our Safety Net program is there for you. Here’s how it works:

APS Safety Net Program - aps.com/safetynet

  • APS customer designates a Safety Net Partner
    • Ways to designate:
      • Download the online application, complete it and email it to 6023717171@aps.com
        or
      • Print the application and mail it to:  APS PO Box 53933 Phoenix, AZ 85072-9207
        or
      • Call APS at 602-371-7171 (800-253-9405) to apply by phone
  • Safety Net Partner receives a copy of their monthly bill
  • Safety Net Partner can remind them when their payment is due and be notified if their account becomes past-due
  • Safety Net Partner is not responsible for paying the bill
