AARP Wyoming will host its annual conversation with Wyoming Governor Mark Gordon when he joins AARP Wyoming for a TeleTown Hall at 5:55 p.m. on Jan. 8.

As in past years, AARP Wyoming is asking its members to submit questions to be asked of the Governor during the TeleTown Hall. AARP Wyoming will select a number of questions and read them during the Jan. 8 event. To submit a question, email it to: tlacock@aarp.org.

“Over the years, it has become a tradition for the Governor to join us for a TeleTown Hall leading into the New Year and the Legislative season,” says AARP Wyoming State Director Sam Shumway. “We are very thankful that Governor Gordon is spending time with our members and listening to their concerns.”

AARP Wyoming will start to dial out to members and prospective call participants at around 5:45 p.m. on Jan. 8. If you don’t receive a call from AARP, but wish to take part in the call, feel free to dial in at: 855-274-1448.

Governor Gordon is Wyoming’s 33rd Governor, a Johnson County, Wyoming native, and the former State Treasurer. On Jan. 8, Gordon will talk to AARP Wyoming members about his work over the last year in the Governor’s Office and discuss his expectations of the 2025 Legislative Session.
