Posted on 06/02/25 by Laura McDonough

AARP Vermont members and guests are invited to participate in a telephone town hall meeting with Senator Bernie Sanders on June 10th at 5:00 p.m. AARP Vermont state director Greg Marchildon will moderate the call and take questions from listeners around the state regarding housing, Social Security, Medicare, prescription drug prices, and other issues important to Vermonters. This is your opportunity to speak directly with Senator Sanders.

The hour-long event begins at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 10. AARP Vermont will start to dial out to members and prospective call participants at around 4:55 p.m. If you do not receive a call but would like to be a part of the event, dial 1-855-821-1347 or go to AARP Vermont’s Facebook page for a livestream at facebook.com/AARPVermont. Questions may also be submitted ahead of time by emailing vt@aarp.org.
