What are the best exercises to prevent injuries and to maintain your health as you age?
Join us on Tuesday, March 17, and hear from Tami Sauer, an American College of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer at Family Wellness Fargo. Tami will discuss the myriad benefits you’ll gain from a regular exercise routine. You’ll not only be healthier; an added bonus is a reduction in preventable injuries.
Learn some basic exercises to regain muscle mass and ward off common injuries like an aching back.
The lounge and learn is from 5:30-7 p.m. Tuesday, March 17, and will be held at the Holiday Inn. Use the Convention Center entrance (door 12). We’ll be in the Executive Room.
