AARP West Virginia is hosting “Salute To Service” Night at the West Virginia Power minor-league baseball game on Wednesday, July 3.

First pitch is at 7:05 p.m. at Appalachian Power Park, 601 Morris St., in downtown Charleston. The first 200 service members and veterans through the gates will receive vouchers for box seats for the game with the Hickory Crawdads. Cap off your Independence Day celebration with some postgame fireworks!

Veterans Outreach is a priority to AARP West Virginia and nationally as AARP counts over four million members - or 10 percent off AARP’s membership as military veterans. AARP has made resources for veterans available and easy to access on its website: aarp.org/veterans.
