AARP SC continues to urge passage of Hate Crimes Legislation in South Carolina

Posted on 03/05/21

AARP South Carolina sent a letter shown below to state legislators on behalf of our 600,000+ SC members continuing to urge them to pass Hate Crimes Legislation.

The letter followed AARP SC's participation in the South Carolina Chamber of Commerce press conference, which brought together South Carolina businesses and nonprofit organizations calling on legislators to pass Hate Crimes Legislation in South Carolina. South Carolina is one of only three states that has yet to do so.
