AARP On the Trail returns to Indianapolis

AARP On the Trail is returning this June and will run through October.

Lace up your walking shoes and grab your yoga mat.

AARP Indiana is calling all members and friends to join us and the Indianapolis Cultural Trail twice a month for a morning of connection, light exercise, and respite.

During this event series, you will have the option of joining us every second Friday for Morning Stretch with AARP, an all-levels yoga session before a group walk, as well as every fourth Friday for a group walk only.

“Our team is excited to bring AARP On the Trail back to Indianapolis this summer,” Addison Pollock, director of outreach, said. “These gatherings will be great opportunities for fellowship, exercise, and learning.”

Additionally, participants will hear about the latest in caregiving and resources to empower them to care today and in the future.

Registration for each event is required. Please bring your personal yoga mat for the second Friday Morning Stretch with AARP events.

Each event will start at the Indianapolis Cultural Trail’s office, located at 132 West Walnut Street, Indianapolis, IN 46204, at 10 a.m.
