AARP Oklahoma Andrus Awards and Volunteer Celebration

AARP Founder Dr. Ethel Percy Andrus said, “Human contribution is the essential ingredient. It is only in the giving of oneself to others that we truly live.”

Join us as AARP Oklahoma honors inspiring volunteers from across Oklahoma who serve others in their communities. The virtual celebration will recognize volunteers and staff from Drivers Safety, Tax-Aide, the Senior Community Service Employment Program (SCSEP) and the Oklahoma Retired Educators Association (ORTA). Local AARP Chapters of Excellence will be announced as well as the AARP Oklahoma Legacy Award and the 2022 AARP Oklahoma Andrus Award for Community Service recipient. The Andrus Award is the highest honor given by AARP.
