AARP Oklahoma State Director Sean Voskuhl and AARP Oklahoma Associate State Director of Advocacy Chad Mullen will outline this year’s advocacy priorities and take questions.
AARP Oklahoma is continuing its advocacy work this year to improve older Oklahomans' health, wellness, and financial security. We will provide an update on our legislative efforts going into the 2022 session and discuss legislation to help Oklahoma’s unpaid family caregivers earn a tax credit for expenses related to their work. We will also discuss what is being done to cut down on robocalls and fight back against telephone scammers.
