AARP is thriving in Maine and we continue to offer fun and exciting events throughout the state. We have coffees, on taps, yoga, meditation, excursions, fraud watch workshops, and much more!

AARP Maine Free Events for You and Your Family - all are welcome!
Interested in using ecologically friendly practices in your yard? Join us!
Each week, we focus on you through gentle morning yoga and meditation classes. We hope to give you the (virtual) space to center your mind and body so that you’re ready to tackle everything life throws your way.
Have you tried an e-bike? Curious about riding one? Join AARP and the Bicycle Coalition of Maine for bike rides and demos in select locations.
We invite you to enjoy a free coffee as we get together with friends and neighbors, and hear from local leaders and organizations.
AARP Maine and the Lewiston Recreation Age Friendly Program are excited to invite you to join one of our upcoming Dessert & Discuss events. Join us each month from 5:30-6:30PM on the dates below for an engaging evening where you can enjoy a variety of desserts, coffee, tea, and soft drinks while connecting with your neighbors and local volunteers.
Shred your sensitive materials for free at our community events in 2025! Volunteers will be available to assist you on-site as needed.
