AARP is Looking for Volunteers to Join Our East Hawai’i Team

Find out about what AARP Hawai`i is doing in East Hawai`i to benefit our community and engage with kupuna. Attend a free AARP in Action lunch to learn about how AARP volunteers are helping family caregivers, protecting Social Security, fighting fraud, and having fun.

If you like what you hear about AARP programs like Movies for Grownups, the AARP Smart Driver Program, AARP Foundation Tax Aide, you can sign up to join our dynamic East Hawai`i volunteer team.

“Those who attend will learn if becoming an AARP volunteer is right for them. But we also want to hear from attendees about what they would like to see AARP advocate for and what other kinds of activities we should provide in East Hawai`i to help everyone live the life they choose as they age,” said Jackie Boland, AARP Hawai`i Outreach Coordinator.
