AARP Indiana to Continue Virtual Tai Chi Events in 2025
AARP Indiana is encouraging older Hoosiers and their families to take some time for themselves by joining us at one of our relaxing Tai Chi sessions – all from the comfort of your own home.
An instructor will lead participants through light movement, mindful breathing, and easy-to-follow exercises that deliver a meaningful workout and energy flow.
These free sessions are designed for beginners, though all levels of practice are welcome.
Attendees must register to receive the private Zoom links to the sessions.
