LOCAL VIRTUAL EVENTS: 
Tea & Coffee Tuesday – Making Every Cent Count: 1.11.22 @ 9 a.m. PT
Tea and Coffee Tuesdays is kicking off 2022 with a conversation about financial resilience. Join us for a virtual chat with AARP’s Martin Booker about everyday tricks that can help you make money saving choices. Learn more and register HERE. AACSA 42nd Annual Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Luncheon: 1.17.22 @ Noon PT
Join us for the African American Community Service Agency’s 42nd Annual Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Virtual Luncheon on Monday, January 17, 2022 from Noon – 2 p.m. PT. The program is themed "A Promissory Note in Default: Justice, Reparations, Freedom" with emcee, Marcus Washington, Anchor, NBC Bay Area, keynote speaker Rev. Dr. William J. Barber II., named one of 2020’s BET 100 Entertainers and Innovators, as a Social Justice Warrior, and he is one of the 2019 recipients of the North Carolina Award, the state’s highest civilian honor; and a fireside chat with Judge LaDoris Hazzard Cordell (ret.). Judge Cordell was the first African American woman judge in northern California (municipal court), the first African American Superior Court Judge in Santa Clara County's history, and the first African American woman to sit on the Superior Court in northern California. HomeFit Community Education Workshop: 1.21.22 @ Noon PT
Join us for a HomeFit workshop to help you make your home safer and more comfortable as you age in place. Caregiving 
AARP supports millions of family caregivers by providing free resources and tools. The website also features six questions loved ones should ask nursing homes during the health crisis, steps for caregivers worried about the crisis, legal tips for caregivers during COVID-19, and much more.
