AARP Hawai`i Hosts Coronavirus Telephone Town Hall with U.S. Sen. Brain Schatz

U.S. Sen. Brian Schatz answered questions about financial assistance available to individuals and small businesses through the CARES Act at a Telephone Town Hall sponsored by AARP Hawai`i.

The telephone conference took place on Wednesday, April 29 from 11:50 a.m to 12:50 p.m. The Telephone Town Hall will was livestreamed to the AARP Hawai`i Facebook page and can be watched/listened to there.

Joining Sen. Schatz was Jane Sawyer from the Small Business Association Hawaii, Commissioner Iris Ikeda from the Division of Financial Institutions and Lisa Kimura from Aloha United Way, who talked about other resources available to people and business who are struggling financially.
