AARP Events to Help You Get Better Sleep, Provide Caregiving Support and Maintain Brain Health

Caring for your emotional and mental health is key to good health. AARP presents three events that will help you care for your overall wellbeing.

  • Tuesday, March 12 | 9 a.m. | Virtual – Good Sleep Means Good Health: Discover why sleep is important for our health and how to improve it. Hear from sleep expert and Stanford University professor, Dr. Erin Cassidy-Eagle, about sleep, nutrition and overall health. Register HERE.
  • Friday, March 15 | 12 p.m. | Virtual - Prepare to Care: Caring for a loved one is one of the most important roles you will play. Get a framework to help you during your caregiving journey, learn how to incorporate self-care and connect to resources. Register HERE.
  • Wednesday, March 27 | 11 a.m | Jona Goldrich Multipurpose Center (330 N. Fairfax Ave., Los Angeles, CA 90036) – Six Pillars of Brain Health: Did you know that learning, staying fit and eating healthy is helpful for our brain health?
