AARP Colorado to attend Colorado Senior Games

Those are just a few sports athletes from around the country will compete in at this year’s Colorado Senior Games.

“AARP Colorado is excited to sponsor and attend this year’s games,” Jessica Krough, director of outreach, said. “We hope that AARP members and the community stop by and share what healthy living means to them.”

The games are designed for adults age 50 and older and promote physical fitness, camaraderie and healthy competition. Other sports in the competition include badminton, basketball, billiards, swimming and more.

Colorado Springs will play to host to this year’s games on June 6 through 8.

Krough said, “The Senior Games is an opportunity to come together as a community while also staying active and engaged.”
