AARP and the YMCA partner up for fitness, fun and family

There's no better way to celebrate Halloween than at the Pumpkin 5k and Family Health Festival, a FUN event for the whole family.
Staying healthy in a social environment is a great way to prevent isolation and have more fun with your whole family....from kids to grandkids to grandparents. AARP believes this is a key piece of healthy aging.
The event will feature a 5k race at 10 am, a run/walk, and a health festival with great information for a healthy family.
