Brain Health: Staying Sharp

AARP’s brain health resources share the latest information on keeping your brain healthy as you age. They help you separate fact from fiction and stay up-to-date on the most recent research findings from experts and thought leaders. The AARP Staying Sharp program also provides free, science-based articles designed to improve your brain health. If you subscribe, you get personalized recommendations for a brain-smart lifestyle based on your individual Brain Health Assessment. You can then track, measure and improve your brain health over time.

AARP wants to provide Arkansans with valuable information on topics of importance to older people and their families. This partnership CALS allows us to provide free workshops presented by skilled volunteers, to educate attendees on very important topics.

The Brain Health Workshop will be held on Thursday, July 11 at the Terry Library from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM. These workshops are free and open to the public.
