I reserved a taxi from the airport to a universal hotel. The man I spoke with to reserve was so polite and our driver LEON was awesome! He was on time, helpful, and so nice. The price was better then booking with a shuttle, and we had 2 kids with us. They will provide a booster seat. LEON was so prompt and nice we booked him again going back to the airport for our flight home.

I've been using this service since May 2016 and they provide EXCELLENT service. I travel frequently and never had any issues: prompt, professional, congenial, informed, and communication has been excellent re arrivals/pick ups/monitoring my flights. I've even used this service to save me the hassle at the airport picking up visiting friends and family members. In the days of Uber and Lyft, it's easy to find yourself dealing with an individual driver who isn't concerned about your being on time or can't even wait 5 minutes for you to get down to the lobby from your hotel room and still charges you for the ride. Taxi Orlando is the best of old school transportation customer service. You can book in advance and be confident your driver will arrive on time (or early) and will get you to your destination safely, and even help a lady with her baggage. Shout out to Leon, who I've had for my airport runs on many occasions. Just the best!

I reserved an airport taxi to pick me up at 6am and the driver texted me to confirm my reservation. he showed up 156minutes early and helped with my luggage and got to me to the airport on time. Warren such a great help and really professional. I gave him a big tip and a smile. I will definitely use him when i visit again

Taxi Orlando cab service provided us with a cab service for our whole trip. They were always courteous and on time.. Our next trip to orlando we will definitely use them again. thanks Warren for the professional service you gave us all the way to our last ride to Orlando international airport.

We were traveling out of town the day after Christmas and needed a ride to the airport. With our flight being out around 6AM, we wanted the comfort to know that we had a ride scheduled, so we were not scrambling to find one in the morning. We received a confirmation from the driver that he would pick us up at 4:15AM for our flight. At 4:25 he was not there and we were getting nervous so we called him. No answer. We ended up grabbing an UBER who arrived within 5 minutes and was $20 less than we were quoted from Taxi Orlando. I would personally not recommend Taxi Orlando for any scheduled service.
