Terrible service, office doesn't answer their phones nor do they call back. I've left many messages asking to talk to someone but always have to leave a voice message to communicate, yet they have not called back in about five days, just terrible service.
I went through 6 Homemakers/Companions with this company. Not once did I have a good experiance. I would not wish any of those women upon my worst enemy!
If you love your family, don't get care from here. If you have any desire to work here just don't. Its a joke, a mess and they could care less about the employees or the clients. Like we were told in training " companies that are always hiring: construction, restaurants and Heritage". There's a very good reason for that. Why would you want a company responsible for the care of your loved ones that jokes about turnover rates? Working with my client was a blessing. Unfortunately the lack of communication within the company makes it IMPOSSIBLE to get results with anything. You could wait days or weeks without someone calling you back. Not to mention being offered paid mileage as incentive, to take a client a ridiculous distance from my home and then them deciding to stop "no reason were just not going to pay you anymore millage". I lost my first client because of her mistreatment with this company due to poorly trained staff and unresponsive management. God forbid I had an emergency with my client on my shift and had to report it, no one would answer or call back. I would spend entire 8 hour shifts leaving messages and calling repeatedly and I'd be lucky to talk to someone. Everyone is 10 steps behind the next person and the lack of problem solving skills of the individuals in scheduling and payroll would leave me to believe they couldn't think their way out of a wet paper bag.
I highly recommend Heritage after both personal and professional experience. My mom received Heritage home physical therapy after a knee replacement and her therapist, Stephanie, was amazing! She treated my mom with respect and kindness. One one of her visits, she noticed my dad (not the patient) was pale and and just not himself. Stephanie called me, and thanks to her insight, I was able to quickly get my dad to the ER and found he was having a cardiac event. Good news, both my mom and dad are doing great now! More good news--Years later, I had the opportunity to join Heritage as a hospice nurse. I am so blessed to work with the most caring team I have known. I would recommend Heritage to anyone and would be grateful to have any of the staff take care of either of my parents.
This place is the worst!!! i would not recommend this place to anyone. they only care about their administrators and the employees are not respected and are paid under minimum wage. expect to get the runaround for information and to get things done if you work here. they also hire unskilled people to take care of your loved ones. i cannot believe this place is still open!! DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES!!! please use a home healthcare place that actually respects the job being done and all the people involved
