During the first 2 days of my stay, I thought nothing of this hotel, however as the days went by I noticed something different. I've stayed in many hotels in the last few years alone, but the service of this hotel was special. Their service was proactive, rather than reactive. Some examples: - They air conditioning was set to the perfect setting. In the 7 nights I stayed here I did not have to touch these settings (a first for me in years) - The bed and pillows were just right. I had no issue sleeping at night and I felt exceptionally comfortable. - The cleaning staff would go the extra mile when cleaning my room. They would wrap up charger cables, steam clean the shower doors. Turn down the room in the evening. Ensure that the toilet would flush properly, if not then have someone come and check. Not once did I have to request room service, or house keeping. Absolutely awesome service. The best trouble free stay I've had at any hotel.

Room is recently refreshed and very clean and spacious. We appreciated the location and convenience of the hotel to the rest of Seattle proper. The club is well outfitted with a pool and gym. Wished that the parking garage was slightly better connected to the hotel, but it is only a minor complaint given the limitations of a hotel in the city. The overall decor of the hotel is on the older side with more antique style furnishings and trim. Do stop by the Georgian if you have time for afternoon tea.

When in Seattle, year after year I stay here. They have just done a remodel of some of the rooms but kept it true to the history this beautiful hotel brings. I often find myself walking around just looking and wondering how grand it is now and how grand it was a long time ago in Seattle history. The people who work there are professional and very nice! No snobbery in this hotel! The prices are fair and the rooms clean and first class. The hotel is close to everything. 4 blocks south of the hotel is the amazing waterfront with it's Aquariums, new Ferris wheel and Pikes Place Market. Park your car with valet and forget about driving. I am a travel agent so I could stay just about anywhere, but I choose the Fairmont Olympic hotel! When you check out in the morning, make sure you say hello to Bill, the doorman/valet. He's been around for a long time and always remembers your name.

Friendly and helpful staff willing to go out of their way to make you feel at home. Food in the both restaurants were very tasty and they have a devil's food chocolate fudge cake with strawberries and raspberries that is to die for. Rooms are comfortable and clean and the best part is can't hear other guests from the room. When we walked in the hall we could here a bunch of women laughing and talking, but were pleasantly surprised when we shut the door to our room we could not hear them. Only negative comment would be is that we wished the shower water pressure was better.

Nice hotel. I came here for the Christmas tea it was delicious. The scones were scrumptious. The staff was nice and it is kid friendly. It is truly a piece of are history. 😄😄😄😄👍👍💛💛☕☕🍩 but the only sad thing is its experience but worth to do it once in you life .
