The Yoga for Cancer Recovery classes are designed to provide additional support for living through your cancer diagnosis, treatment and beyond.

The classes will incorporate breath-mediated movement and repetition in yoga postures followed by a brief stay or hold of each posture. The postures are safely done while seated in chairs and while standing.

After engaging in a planned series of yoga postures, we will practice specific breathing techniques which serve to reduce stress and bring the class participants into a relaxed, calm and restful state.

Your class leader will be Gary Schroeder, MA, RRT, and Certified Yoga Therapist.
