Be Well Therapy specializes in yoga and mindfulness practices specifically tailored to meet the needs of cancer patients in all stages of treatment and beyond. Classes focus on using the breath to create peace and harmony in the body while safely and mindfully improving strength, balance, and flexibility. Classes are led by certified teachers who are prepared to offer multiple options and modifications based on your personal needs.

This yoga class is sponsored by UC San Diego Health, so it is free to all participants. Be Well Therapy offers an additional 8 weekly Yoga Classes for Cancer Recovery via Zoom, available by donation to all community members.
