Strong bones and muscles go hand-in-hand. A consistent practice of low-impact, weight-bearing poses may slow the rate of bone loss as it builds bone and muscle strength, improves balance and reduces the risk of falls. We will target hips, spine, thighs and wrists with a slow-paced practice of traditional yoga poses varied to meet you where you are. Participants must be able to get down to the floor on a mat.
