Instructed by Rita Oldani. Combines deep relaxing breathing and a variety of physical postures and meditation. Improves flexibility, stretches muscles, exercises joints, and builds muscle strength improving balance and stability. Increases circulation, releases muscle tension bringing peace and relaxation to body and mind. Classes are for adults, featuring both mat and standing exercises. Modifications are made to accommodate students' levels of ability.
