Yoga for Addiction Recovery and Overcoming Eating Disorders
Yoga has many mind and body benefits that can aid in recovery from a substance use disorder, such as alcoholism or drug addiction, and in overcoming an eating disorder. The practice can stabilize your mood, help you relax and manage anxiety, allow you to reconnect with your body, increase self-control and coping skills, explore self-compassion and acceptance, and even improve insomnia.
This online virtual class is taught by certified yoga instructor Jennifer Graf, LSCW, Certified Mind-Body Medicine practitioner, 300 hours of yoga teacher training.
