This all levels Yoga class teaches classic yoga poses, including Sun Salutations and Warrior series, along with total-body stretches designed to improve flexibility, strength and balance. Emphasis is places on students linking physical movements with breathing techniques to promote mindfulness, decrease stress and improve overall well-being. This class is appropriate for all fitness levels.
