Start here if you have limited or no experience with yoga. Come learn the various breathing techniques, physical poses (asanas), terminology and so much more in a nurturing environment guided expertly by our qualified and dedicated teachers. Yoga 101 will help to improve your balance, strength, flexibility, posture and more.
Meets on Monday for 6 weeks in the YPT Room with Gina Cox, RYT 500.
