Yin yoga is a slow-paced, meditative style of yoga where floor postures are held for longer periods of time, while relaxing muscles and focusing on breathing. Great for all levels, especially those with joint issues. Benefits of this “quiet yoga” include decreased tightness and improved joint mobility and range of motion. *Participants must be able to get down onto the floor.
