Yes, it’s the shortest day of the year, but that shouldn’t keep you off the trail! Join the park naturalist on the Lakeshore and Lee Hill trails for this 2.5-mile hike to shake off the winter frost. Dress in layers, wear proper footwear, and bring water/snacks. Trail is of moderate terrain.

Have to work that day? We are offering the same hike on Sunday, December 18 @ 10am for an early celebration of the solstice!

Meet at the Rowlands Rd. (aka Cole Rd.) Parking Area (off Rt. 438).
