Join us for our 16th Annual Halloween Keiki Parade on Monday, October 31! Keiki ages 4 years and younger are invited to join us for a Halloween parade followed by trick-or-treating, a spooktacular costume contest and festive refreshments. Wilcox Medical Center parking lot (under the tent).
