About the Event
The West Line Winder takes place in the San Isabel National Forest, Salida Ranger District, Bureau of Land Management lands, and town of Buena Vista. The event is fully permitted through the United States Forest Service, Bureau of Land Management, Upper Arkansas Headwaters Recreation Area, and town of Buena Vista. This institution is an equal opportunity provider.
With glorious views of the Collegiate Peaks, these races feature miles of buttery single track and forest roads. perfect for everyone from the first time trail runner to the veteran ultramarathoner.
Although the Arkansas Valley is famously known for its high alpine peaks, it’s a well kept secret that there’s a stash of arid, desert style trails just outside of Buena Vista (BEW-na Vista), CO.
Cue the West Line Winder!
