-Modified warm up exercises
-Review Earth, Metal, Water, and Wood
-Introduce 5th element Fire
-Cool down exercises.
Qigong is an ancient Chinese exercise and healing technique that involves meditation, controlled breathing, and movement exercises.
Benefits: Improves strength, endurance, posture, range of motion, balance, relaxation, and memory.
Any Restrictions in participating: No restrictions to participate, but if you have medical concerns would suggest consulting with your Primary Care Physician.
Exercises will be performed seated or standing depending on your ability. Also, I will provide modified movements, so that you can decide how to perform exercises. Alternative option is to just watch the exercises and visualize yourself perform the activity.
