9:15 am - Shellfish Grant Tour at Meet at Mayo Beach, 35 Kendrick Ave
Join Wellfleet shellfisherman and SPAT Board member, Jake Puffer, and Assistant Wellfleet Shellfish Constable Johnny "Clam" Mankevetch for a tour of a multigenerational shellfish farm.

10:00 am: OysterFest 2019 Kickoff and Main Street Festival
Welcome and Announcements from the Main Stage.
No outside alcohol or pets permitted.

10:00 am - 5:00 pm: SPAT Booth at Located on the corner of Main Street and Town Hall Lot
Shop for lots of great OysterFest merchandise and support the educational mission of Wellfleet SPAT, Shellfish Promotion and Tasting, Inc., which includes a college scholarship program, community grants awards and initiatives to support the shellfishing and aquaculture industries. Learn more here.

10:00 am - 5:00 pm: SPAT Information Booth and Volunteer Check-in at Located within the Admissions Tent at Main and Bank Streets
Stop by for information, volunteer check-in, registration forms, directions, email list sign up and more.

10:00 am - 12:00 pm: Pickle Ball Round Robin
Pickle Ball Round Robin will be held at the Mayo Beach Tennis Courts, 70 Kendrick Avenue. The registration fee is $10 and prizes are awarded to all participants. Proceeds go to the Wellfleet Recreation Department Pickle Ball Program! Pickle Ball Round Robin Info here! 11:00 am - 4:00 pm: Family Fun Area at Wellfleet Preservation Hall Garden
The Family Fun Area features performances, educational displays, craft activities, moon bounces, face-painting and family friendly food vendors.

10:15 am - 11:15 am: Music: The Wicked Blues at Main Stage, Town Hall Parking Lot
Rooted in 1960s rock and blues mixed with some latin Samba and funk. The band delivers a big sound for dancing and grooving. Wicked Blues

11:00 am - 12:00 pm: Go Shuck Yourself at Lower Level, Wellfleet Preservation Hall, 335 Main Street
Do you know how to open an oyster? Learn to shuck from Wellfleet OysterFest Shuck-Off Champions. They will share tips and tricks for opening oysters with ease and show you how to get professional results.

11:30 am -12:15 pm: Educational Program: Life by the Tides: Wellfleet's Shellfishing Community at Wellfleet Public Library, 55 Main Street
Photographer Julia Cumes, and shellfisherman, Jake Puffer, will take viewers on a journey into Wellfleet's unique community and their work producing some of the most famous oysters in the world. wellfleetlibrary.org

11:30 am - 12:30 pm: Music: Dirty Water Dance Band at Main Stage, Town Hall Parking Lot
A 6-piece ensemble that combines funky reggae grooves with soulful vocal harmonies and delivers a high-energy musical experience like no other. Dirty Water Dance Band.

1:00 pm - 3:00 pm: Shuck Off Preliminaries at Main Stage, Town Hall Parking Lot
Emceed by local hero and reporter, Eric Williams, host of CapeCast, the daily webcast of the Cape Cod Times: capecodonline.com/capecast. Register to compete at the Admissions booth near Town Hall by 12:00 noon.
Prizes awarded: 1st Place-$1,000 2nd Place-$500 3rd Place-$250

1:30 pm - 3:30 pm: Taste of the Merrior & Terroir at Lower Level, Wellfleet Preservation Hall, 335 Main Street
SPAT presents its signature tasting event: "Taste of the Merroir & Terrior," an exploration of the subtle variations in flavor of oysters grown in different parts of Wellfleet Bay each paired with a fine wine.

3:00 pm & 4:00 pm: OysterFest Spelling Bee at Wellfleet Public Library
Test your spelling skills at the annual OysterFest Spelling Bee, with children's and adult rounds, prizes, and fun! Beekeeper Ed Miller returns with a new list of words this year. Registration form for both Littlenecks (12 and under) and Quahogs (13 and up) can be downloaded here and are also available at the Wellfleet Public Library, 55 Main Street. Please register by 2:30pm. Littlenecks round begins at 3pm and the Quahogs round follows immediately at 4pm.

3:30pm - 5:00 pm: Music: Funktapuss at Main Stage, Town Hall Parking Lot
A groove factory that churns out funk, soul, and R&B classics with soulful vocals, a slamming rhythm section, and Full Force Horns. Funktapuss

Cost: $10 per day, All activities for children are free
