6:00 am - 7:00 am - Check-in, and Race-Day Registration online only if available (prices increased)

6:45 am - Pre-race briefing at Transition Area

7:00 am - Races start (time trial for swim, mass start for duathlon)

300 meter pool Swim, 10 mile Bike, 5k Run

Duathlon Distances

2 mile Run, 10 mile Bike, 5k Run

Aquavelo Distances

300 meter pool Swim, 10 mile Bike
