Enjoy a great day on park trails with a 4-mile walk/run or 4, 7 or 12-mile bike tour. Our annual event includes runners, walkers, babies in strollers and pets on leashes.
Participants are serenaded along the route by supporters and musicians and greeted at the finish with great snacks and acoustic music from the stage.
There are children's activities, a silent auction, food trucks and more. All funds raised are used for the benefit of Umstead State Park. Registration, waiver and fee must be completed to officially register for the event.
4, 7 or 12-Mile Bike Tour
Triangle Off-Road Bike Club (TORC) will provide guided rides within the Park. This is not a race. You must provide your own bike. Trails are gravel, so mountain or hybrid bike is recommended. Helmets are required. The number of participants on the bike tours are capped at 100 for trail safety.
